Support clients and colleagues as a Client Service Professional in BDO’s Halifax office, using communication and organization skills daily. This 12-month contract follows BDO’s blended work model.
As part of the Office Administration team, you will manage reception, administrative support, scheduling, and client inquiries. The work includes Microsoft Office, payment processing, document preparation, and shared inbox maintenance. You will support partners, staff, meetings, and office operations while maintaining confidentiality. BDO values integrity, respect, collaboration, professional service, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries by phone and walk-in
Receive, route, and direct calls appropriately
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office functions
Process payments, invoices, mail,



and courier packages
Maintain reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, and security procedures
Requirements: Professional reception and general administrative experience advantageous
Business Diploma or Office Administration course highly regarded
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Solid organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Professional communication and confidentiality with sensitive information
