This Maintenance Technician position supports a multi-family residential community managed by Broadstreet Properties Ltd. Responsibilities span plumbing, heating, electrical issues, painting, drywall, flooring, and exterior upkeep. Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs on appliances, equipment, fixtures, switches, and plugs
Repair windows, blinds, doors, and building surfaces
Replace carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tile
Complete painting, drywall patching, mudding, and taping




Detect faulty operations and report deficiencies promptly
Requirements: At least two years of maintenance-related experience
