This position creates training content, facilitates industry topics, and tracks initiatives accurately. It also supports Auto Insurance, Personal Lines, EPIC, and Applied University learning.
Key Responsibilities: Orient new Insurance Division employees during onboarding
Develop role-specific course content and presentation materials
Implement, modify, and evaluate training programs
Create EPIC and Applied University e-learning modules




Maintain training documentation, records, and initiative tracking
Requirements: Human Resources or Business Administration education considered an asset
Ability to train and facilitate diverse audiences
Comfort presenting in virtual learning environments
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
Support Brio Insurance employees through accurate training programs, learning coordination, and specialized Insurance Division development.
