Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (French Required)

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support their technical product sales team. What You'll Do
You will be the go-to contact for customer inquiries, focusing on order support, technical guidance, and service excellence. Your role ensures customers receive timely information, product support, and seamless order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls for product and pricing information
Process orders, provide delivery updates, and coordinate with internal teams
Prepare quotes and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Deliver both technical and non-technical product support
Maintain accurate order entry and documentation
Engage in hands-on training and development opportunities
Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude or technical interest required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Proficient with computers and multitasking in a quick-paced setting
High school diploma required, post-secondary education preferred

Monday to Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Salary: 55k-63k anually + bonus
