As a Delivery Agent or Letter Carrier, you will represent Canada Post in your community. You will prepare deliveries, operate a postal vehicle, and deliver items by foot or vehicle. The position also includes returning incoming mail and packages to the depot.
Key Responsibilities: Sort and prepare daily deliveries at the depot
Load and drive a Canada Post postal vehicle
Deliver mail and packages along assigned routes
Return incoming mail and packages to the depot
Represent Canada Post to customers and businesses
Requirements: Valid Class 5 or Class G driver's licence
Protected driving record for at least three years
Ability to lift 22.7 kilograms and carry 15.9 kilograms
Ability to work in all types of weather
Availability for on-call evenings and weekends
