Bayshore HealthCare seeks an RPN for casual community visits supporting clients in their homes. Use clinical skills in wound care, palliative care, pediatrics, intravenous therapy, and health teaching. Deliver nursing care tailored to client needs, preferences, comfort, and safety. This position serves Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and Wellington County.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, specialized wound care during home visits
Apply clinical skills across palliative and pediatric care
Deliver intravenous therapy and chronic disease prevention teaching
Teach and delegate tasks to staff and family members




Travel throughout the branch service area for client visits
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited RPN or LPN nursing school
Current valuable-standing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Completion of a CNA-accredited SWAN Program
Two years’ wound care management experience in hospital or community
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current CPR certification
Use wound care expertise, clinical teaching, and compassionate nursing practice to support Bayshore clients throughout their homes and communities.
