At Prairie Valley School Division, this Educational Assistant I position supports K-8 students at Kelliher School. The work includes personal care, life skills coaching, academic reinforcement, documentation, communication, and positive behaviour supports. Duties are directed by administrators and teachers.
Key Responsibilities: Assist students with intensive needs across five support areas
Follow accommodation plans for personal care procedures
Support learning through assignment clarification and reinforcement
Collaborate with student teams and facilitate peer participation




Complete programming records and attend conferences when requested
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent education
Interest in Educational Assistant, First Aid, and specialized training
Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents
Adaptable approach to changing student and school needs
Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting 30 pounds
