As a Syndicate Operations Analyst, you will support Lead managed and non-lead municipal issues. The work includes settlement coordination, transaction recording, funding requirements, and communication with trading desks, syndicate members, transfer agents, and underwriters. Your focus will be operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities: Acquire DTC eligibility and liaise with transfer agents
Prepare settlement letters, expenses, P&L;, and final calculations




Wire settlement monies and pay related vendor invoices
Disburse final settlement fees to syndicate members
Record transactions, statistics, and deal details accurately
Requirements: One to two years of experience with background check validations
Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize work with time deadlines
Team-oriented approach to operational delivery
