This Customer Success Specialist supports customers and the Advisor Team throughout the life insurance journey. You will handle policy servicing tasks, communicate with clients, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. PolicyMe offers digital insurance products including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and Health and Dental Insurance.
Key Responsibilities: Guide customers through the life insurance journey
Communicate clearly with clients about policy needs
Complete ongoing policy servicing activities
Assist the Advisor Team throughout customer interactions
Support exceptional customer experience delivery
Requirements: Ability to work full time in a remote role
Availability from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
