This full time permanent position involves industrial painting and protective coating work across fabricated components. You will collaborate with fabrication, machining, assembly, engineering, and quality teams. Candidates with Industrial Coatings Applicator certification, apprenticeship experience, or marine coating knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare fabricated components for protective coating applications
Read technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Mix paints and coatings according to required specifications




Apply marine or industrial coatings using multiple tools
Perform inspections against project quality requirements
Requirements: Previous industrial painting or protective coatings experience
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
Detail-oriented approach to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and within a team
Marine coating experience or ICA certification preferred
