Your background may include airline operations, corporate travel, travel reservations, or customer travel support. You will assist with domestic and international requests while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Research, book, modify, and manage travel arrangements
Assist customers with domestic and international travel requests
Use Sabre and other GDS tools
Resolve travel-related issues quickly and professionally
Document customer interactions accurately
Requirements: Minimum two years of travel industry experience
Required experience using a Global Distribution System
Strongly preferred experience with Sabre
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Availability for permanent overnight shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays
