Use early childhood development knowledge to support preschoolers at Fueling Brains Academies, with active supervision and purposeful play. Work alongside educators in the Senior Preschool classroom at West 85th.
As an Assistant Teacher, you will help children explore, learn, and grow through creative experiences, movement, circle time, and routines. You will support independence, confidence, communication, self-regulation, and positive relationships. Collaboration with educators, leadership, and families is central to this position.
Key Responsibilities: Engage children in purposeful play and creative experiences
Support movement, circle time, and small-group activities
Help children build independence and positive relationships




Provide calm support during meals and dressing
Collaborate with educators, leadership, and families
Requirements: Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification preferred
Experience with preschool-aged children preferred
Knowledge of age-appropriate early learning
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Comfort participating indoors and outdoors throughout the day
Apply early learning expertise, calm guidance, and collaborative communication as an Assistant Teacher supporting Senior Preschool children daily.
