About the Role Our client is seeking a creative and user-centric Remote Junior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product development team. Key Responsibilities Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Collaborate with product managers to define user requirements and design specifications.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends and technologies.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.




Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation for current product features.
Optimize user flows for enhanced engagement and conversion.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work (web and mobile).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
Ability to receive and provide constructive design feedback.
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
