This Admissions Coordinator position serves CATC’s Canadian Addiction Residential Treatment business as a healthcare call centre contributor. You will engage potential clients, facilitate assessments, manage follow-up, and support payment and admission communications. The work contributes to census and conversion across inpatient and Virtual Intensive Outpatient Programs while maintaining robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Close new business through phone, web, and email lead conversion
Maintain visibility on census and conversion efforts
Use Salesforce to manage leads and acquisition targets




Prepare reports and complete required data entry
Provide telesales and call centre process recommendations
Requirements: Five or more years in healthcare telesales or demonstrated aptitude
Experience managing private healthcare cases preferred
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
Bring healthcare sales, CRM, and communication capabilities to CATC’s admissions team while helping clients access addiction treatment services.
