Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized nursing care and administer medications
Conduct clinical assessments and review laboratory results
Supervise restorative and palliative programs
Support Personal Support Workers and address concerns
Document care electronically with nursing leaders
Requirements: Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Current RPNAO registration and CPR/AED certification
Current First Aid certification
Six months of long-term care nursing experience preferred
