Deliver qualified nursing care at Chartwell while supporting older adults through assessment, medication administration, and person-centered relationships. Work flexible hours as required.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will support residents’ health, safety, and daily experience within a welcoming residence. You will monitor health status, administer treatments, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals. The position also includes supporting transitions, addressing concerns, and guiding care staff.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care under College of Nurses standards
Monitor health, administer medications, and document care
Support resident transitions and inform families
Respond to concerns and escalate appropriately




Guide personal support workers and care staff
Requirements: Current provincial College of Nurses registration in good standing
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication with residents, families, and colleagues
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring clinical expertise, empathy, and coordinated care skills to help Chartwell residents feel supported, valued, and cared for.
