The Ministry of Social Services is hiring a Manager, Community Service Development within the Child and Family Division. Reporting to the Director, Community Service Development, you will strengthen local responses and resources for Ministry clients. Your responsibilities include overseeing program components of contracts, measuring effectiveness, and implementing strategies for sustainable capacity. You will also support community-based organizations and collaborative service relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee program components of community contract development
Monitor and evaluate community-delivered programs




Implement strategies supporting sustainable community capacity
Develop local community resource development plans
Support cooperative relationships with community-based organizations
Requirements: Creative leadership in community service development
Knowledge of community-based delivery and support
Ability to monitor program effectiveness
Ability to implement Ministry priorities and strategic goals
Availability for required travel
Bring program oversight, resource planning, and evaluation expertise to community delivery supporting positive client outcomes.
