This experienced Mechanical Superintendent reports to the Construction Manager on a conversion project. You will oversee mechanical installation while planning schedules, coordinating materials, directing site teams, and maintaining project requirements. The work supports large-scale mechanical construction with attention to specifications, safety, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all on-site phases of mechanical project installation
Lead, supervise, and direct site teams by example
Develop short-term and long-term project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, materials,



and equipment
Monitor installation against schedules and adjust tasks
Requirements: Experience leading high-rise projects and engaging teams
Canadian plumbing or mechanical Superintendent experience
Minimum ten years in mechanical construction
Minimum five years as a Mechanical Foreman
Red Seal certification and blueprint reading ability
