Manage recruitment mandates, particularly for skilled trades and sales positions.

Develop recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of your portfolio.

Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand current and future talent needs.

Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach to identify qualified candidates.

Develop and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.

Use Linked

In Recruiter and various recruitment platforms to optimize sourcing activities.

Screen applications and conduct interviews.

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and promote best practices in recruitment and selection.

Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to increase employer visibility.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices and processes.

Track key recruitment metrics.

Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition or recruitment role.

Experience with high-volume recruitment, ideally in an industrial, heavy equipment, or natural resources environment.

Professional proficiency in both French and English required, as approximately 50% of communications are conducted in English.

Experience recruiting skilled trades and/or sales professionals.

Experience with proactive candidate sourcing and outreach.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously and collaborate effectively with various hiring managers.

Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Solid proficiency with digital recruitment tools and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
