Job Description Vortex Strategy & Recruitment is actively seeking an Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join the Emerging and High Growth Companies (EHG) group of its client, a highly reputable national law firm located in downtown Montreal.

With a solid focus on emerging technologies and high-growth companies, you will have the opportunity to support the growth of early-stage and established businesses, leveraging your expertise to help clients maximize their potential and achieve long-term success.





You will also have the chance to collaborate seamlessly across the firm's national platform, working alongside venture capital and growth equity investors, as well as some of the world's largest and most sophisticated strategic technology acquirers.

Requirements: Member of the Bar; 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate law (ideally with a focus on emerging and high-growth companies); Experience in corporate structuring, venture capital financing, and mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies; A passion for entrepreneurship and emerging and high-growth companies; Fully bilingual (French and English, both written and spoken);
