Lead architectural operations at Q Engineering in Richmond Hill using Ontario Building Code expertise and multidisciplinary project coordination. This is a full-time opportunity.

As Architectural Department Lead, you will guide residential and commercial design while expanding capabilities across industrial, institutional, municipal, and infrastructure projects. The position requires OAA licensure, technical judgment, and cooperative leadership. You will oversee architectural personnel, quality control, permitting, and professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead residential and commercial architectural design projects
- Review drawings, specifications, permit packages, and documentation
- Coordinate architectural requirements across engineering disciplines




- Supervise, mentor, and guide architectural personnel
- Support proposals, client meetings, and business development

Requirements:

- OAA Architect license in good standing
- Architecture degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural experience
- Ontario Building Code, zoning, and permitting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
