Requirements: Two years’ people management or coaching experience in financial services
Strong understanding of operational effectiveness
Proven business growth and community relationship success
Two years’ licensed mutual fund sales experience within three years
Mutual Funds accreditation and BCO exam completion or eligibility
Bring financial leadership, Advisor development, sales management, and relationship-building skills to RBC’s Assistant Branch Manager team in Surrey.
