Manage automotive materials logistics for Dauch at Metaldyne Sintered Forged Products LLC, handling receiving, packaging, preservation, and storage activities. Work with shipment requirements and production documentation.
As a Material Handler, you will interact with the Materials Specialist Team Leader regarding customer production shipment requirements. You will manage customer-supplied dunnage, raw materials, tooling, miscellaneous mail packages, and OK to SHIP products. The position supports productivity aligned with the established plan and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and handle customer-supplied dunnage and raw materials
Package, preserve, and store tooling and mail packages
Manage OK to SHIP product storage activities




Maintain shipping and receiving documentation
Coordinate continuous improvement for customer shipments
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to interact with the Materials Specialist Team Leader
Ability to manage receiving and storage activities
Ability to support established productivity plans
Apply materials logistics and shipment coordination skills while supporting Dauch customer expectations and established production productivity plans.
