Key Responsibilities: Oversee subtrade work across active construction sites
Perform finish carpentry, touch-ups, and repairs
Inspect and report construction quality
Ensure building code and safety compliance
Mentor novice workers and maintain site cleanliness
Requirements: Journeyperson Carpenter qualification or fourth-year apprentice enrollment
Residential framing experience
Finish carpentry experience considered an asset
