The Patient Support Programs Operations Analyst Intern supports digital capabilities and portfolio strategies within Lilly Patient Support Programs. You will help realize digital roadmaps, generate insights, manage change, and implement prioritized projects. Additional work includes process optimization, partnerships, technology, ecosystem strategies, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities: Support development and realization of digital roadmaps
Create dashboarding and generate insights through project prioritization
Contribute to change management and implementation activities




Optimize patient support program portfolios using stated strategies
Support process, capability, and special project work
Requirements: Interest in project management and digital health solutions
Strong time management and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and within teams
Curiosity and willingness to explore recent solutions
Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau
Develop digital health operations expertise while supporting dashboards, insights, change management, and patient-focused program strategies at Lilly.
