Shape financial planning and forecasting as an FP&A; Analyst with Germains Seed Technology in a hybrid Kings Lynn or Peterborough role.
This fixed-term nine-month position supports business performance across Europe and North America. You will partner with senior finance leaders and regional teams while applying reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis expertise. The role also offers scope to lead finance improvement projects and influence decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Support budgeting, forecasting, and period-end reporting processes
Prepare actual and forecast review presentations
Produce period-end reporting packs and submit financial data
Lead finance and business information projects
Manage monthly cash flow reporting




Requirements: A-level education or equivalent experience
Completed or progressing CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
Experience with finance systems and business intelligence tools
Experience in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bring financial analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder communication skills to support Germains Seed Technology’s regional business performance.
