This position patrols broad geographic areas, identifies parking violations, and supports safe, productive operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities include issuing citations, recording vehicle details, inspecting equipment, assisting customers, and coordinating with supervisors or security teams. The work combines driving, observation, communication, and enforcement.
Key Responsibilities: Patrol assigned areas using a company car or golf cart
Issue warnings, citations, or arrange vehicle towing
Record citation times, locations, and vehicle details
Inspect meters, gates, signs, markings,



and safety conditions
Coordinate incidents, traffic support, and concerns with management
Requirements: Valid driving license with good driving record
Strong observation and attention to detail skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently across large areas
Must be at least 18 and pass a background check
