As Mortgage Underwriter and Fulfillment Specialist, you will own files after initial consultation and guide them through review, submission, fulfillment, compliance, and funding. The position emphasizes operational mortgage expertise rather than sales, with responsibility for complete documentation, audit-ready records, workflow coordination, and responsive communication with clients and lending partners.
Key Responsibilities: Submit mortgage applications through lender and broker platforms
Coordinate outstanding documents with clients and third parties
Ensure files meet compliance, documentation, and audit requirements




Maintain organized electronic records throughout each mortgage process
Troubleshoot challenges and keep transactions progressing smoothly
Requirements: Minimum five years in mortgage fulfillment, underwriting support, or administration
Experience managing lender submissions, conditions, and fulfillment activities
Familiarity with A, B, alternative, private, and credit union lending
Robust organization, time management, and communication skills
