The position combines guest relations, team development, health and safety, and daily operations. You will also manage scheduling, payroll, hiring, performance reviews, budgets, and retail performance.

Lead Ancient Cedars Spa and Senior Management teams
Maintain spa cleanliness, equipment, and physical condition




Address guest concerns and provide immediate assistance
Manage scheduling, payroll, hiring, and performance reviews
Requirements: Exemplary guest service skills
Demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations
Minimum four years’ management experience
Experience in a high-end, full-service luxury facility
