We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Contract Recruiter to support the talent acquisition needs of a growing Health & Wellness organization for a 12 month duration.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled recruitment professional who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment, building solid candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience, with strong chance of contract extension.
Working remotely with attending occasional recruiting events , the Contract Recruiter will partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment activities, identify top talent, and support the organization's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple departments and job functions, from initial intake meetings through to offer negotiation and placement.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, position specifications, and talent needs.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Proactively identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with organizational requirements.
Coordinate interviews,



manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Present qualified candidate shortlists and provide recruitment market insights to hiring managers.
Manage recruitment activity, candidate tracking, and pipeline reporting to ensure hiring objectives and timelines are achieved.
Support offer management, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities.
Maintain a strong understanding of recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and talent market conditions.
Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a corporate or agency recruitment environment.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels within an organization.
Demonstrated expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment sourcing platforms.
Strong candidate sourcing, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
Experience within the Health & Wellness, Healthcare, Consumer Products, or related industries would be considered an asset.
