Build industrial electrical experience in oil and gas construction by testing circuits, repairing equipment, and supporting reliable electrical services. This position is full time.
The company seeks Apprentice Electricians for industrial construction and service work. You will work with AC/DC motors, 480V power, 120V controls, 4160-volt switchgear, transformers, relays, wiring, and electrical components. Work follows applicable safety procedures, the CEC and/or NEC, and occupational health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Install, examine, replace, and repair electrical wiring
Size circuits, panels, conduit, conductors, and protective devices
Repair electrical failures and replace hazardous application parts
Correct machinery control wiring and electrical connections
Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep records
Requirements: Must be indentured into the trade
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Eligible to work in Canada
Canadian Electrical Code familiarity is an asset
Listed safety certifications are assets
Develop trade skills through industrial construction, circuit installation, electrical repairs, and maintenance supporting oil and gas services.
