Key Responsibilities: Provide safe, competent, and ethical client care
Supervise and mentor Health Care Aides
Delegate tasks within Health Care Aides' competencies
Maintain confidentiality in all communications
Evaluate care and address safety concerns
Requirements: Active Alberta practical nurse registration in good standing
Current First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Satisfactory current criminal record check
Knowledge of nursing standards and ethical requirements
Clinical judgment within full scope of practice
