As an Account Coordinator, you will help coordinate fleet and rental accounts in OPENLANE’s used vehicle marketplace. Responsibilities include managing vehicle information, transmitting customer data, preparing sales documentation, and generating inventory and sales reports. You will also support redemption requests and customer service needs.
Key Responsibilities: Enter vehicle information, registrations, and related documents
Transmit data to customer computer systems accurately
Select vehicles for internet features and determine lineups
Generate inventory reports and sales summaries




Process payments, transactions, reports, and electronic transfers
Requirements: One to two years related experience or account coordination education
Experience with customer service and general office administration
Technology proficiency and comfort using Google Suite
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Automotive remarketing experience is an asset
Use accurate administration, technology, and customer communication to support OPENLANE account coordination and automotive remarketing services.
