This Manager, Communications partners with the Senior Director, Communications across OM Canada and its agencies. The position focuses on employee newsletters, announcements, intranet content, town halls and culture-building initiatives. It also supports employer-brand communications involving engagement, learning and development, recruitment, DEI and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day internal communications across OM Canada
Maintain editorial calendars and employee newsletters
Develop leadership communications, announcements and town hall materials
Manage intranet and internal content strategy
Identify stories and initiatives for internal amplification
Requirements: Seven to ten years’ experience in internal communications or related disciplines
Robust writing, editing and storytelling abilities
Ability to adapt content for audiences and channels
Highly organized with multiple priorities and deadlines
Trusted relationship-building skills across teams and organizational levels
Bring internal communications, editorial management and employee engagement expertise to OM Canada’s people and culture initiatives.
