Larlyn Property Management seeks an experienced Leasing Agent for its rental properties. You will support prospective residents from initial inquiry through move-in. The work requires rental application knowledge, communication, relationship-building, and qualified follow-up throughout the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to telephone and email rental inquiries within one business day
Provide accurate information about available rental units
Schedule viewings, appointments, and lease-signing meetings
Conduct suite viewings as directed by the Property Manager




Maintain records of inquiries, applications, appointments, and leasing activity
Requirements: Previous Leasing Agent experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of residential rental applications and leasing processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s licence and reliable insured vehicle
