Subaru of Brampton seeks motivated Used Car Sales Consultants with proven customer service track records. You will apply product knowledge, dealer CRM experience, computer skills, and communication abilities while supporting vehicle inquiries and deliveries. OMVIC Certification and an Ontario Driver's License are required.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service while understanding customer needs
Maintain vehicle, rebate, finance, and incentive product knowledge
Answer phone inquiries about vehicle sales
Prepare competitive and reasonable customer quotes
Update customers about deliveries and vehicle pickups
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Required OMVIC Certification
Two to five years automotive sales experience preferred
Dealer CRM system experience
Valid Ontario Driver's License and valuable driving record
Use automotive sales, CRM, negotiation, and customer service skills to represent Subaru of Brampton and support vehicle buyers.
