As a Senior Investigator in the Special Investigations Unit, you will investigate allegations involving group health and dental plans. Your work includes developing prosecution-ready plans, evaluating providers onsite, using covert techniques, and documenting findings. You will support regulatory and legal processes through disclosure reports and court or tribunal presentations.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate allegations involving invalid or inappropriate benefit claims
Conduct onsite provider evaluations at Canadian locations




Gather evidence through undercover or covert techniques
Prepare investigative and disclosure reports
Present evidence in courts or tribunals
Requirements: At least five years of investigative experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent qualifications
Strong investigative and interview capabilities
Knowledge of rules governing evidence
Knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada
Use investigative judgment, interviewing, and evidence presentation skills to examine group health and dental benefit claims.
