As Senior Policy Analyst, you will advise Plannera’s governing bodies and senior leaders on complex governance, policy, legislative, and regulatory matters. The Governance Department supports organization-wide governance advice, policy development, and effective practices. Your work will strengthen policy functions and contribute to legislative and regulatory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex governance, policy, legislative, and regulatory issues
Maintain governance policy manuals and ensure applicable requirements
Coordinate consultations, working groups, and cross-functional policy initiatives
Monitor developments affecting pension and benefit plans
Prepare briefings, reports, recommendations, and decision materials
Requirements: Significant policy development and analysis experience
Strategic governance advice experience with governing bodies
Advanced research, analytical, legislative, and regulatory knowledge
