Apply mechanical maintenance and repair skills as a Maintenance Worker III supporting hospital buildings, equipment, and grounds in Camrose. Work under limited supervision.
This position supports Lakeside, Westrose, and Briarcrest buildings while completing preventative and demand work orders. Duties involve patient and hospital equipment, complex mechanical systems, and building operations. The role reports in consultation with the Facilities, Maintenance and Engineering Manager and may coordinate other Maintenance Worker staff.
Key Responsibilities: Complete preventative and demand maintenance work orders
Repair mechanical equipment, pumps, fans, and belt drives
Troubleshoot boilers, HVAC, and medical air systems
Maintain building systems, equipment,



grounds, and interiors
Coordinate assigned work to meet operational requirements
Requirements: Valid 5th class ABSA Power Engineering Certificate
Grade 12 or equivalent and related technical training
One year plant operations and maintenance experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Use mechanical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and maintenance systems knowledge across Camrose hospital facilities and equipment.
