This Senior Case Costing Analyst supports the hospital’s information and analysis needs through clinical reporting, interpretation, and financial insight. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis and Case Costing, you will work with FP&A; on budgets, forecasts, funding, and operational metrics. The work includes regular and ad-hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Link case costing data with budgets, forecasts, and funding analysis
Support QBP and activity-based funding analysis
Prepare variance analysis and financial commentary
Project and track volumes, costs,



and financial metrics
Present recommendations to clinical and organizational stakeholders
Requirements: Five-plus years in financial reporting, planning, and budgeting
Two years supporting Ontario Case Costing submissions
Experience with operational, clinical, and quality measures
Exceptional large-dataset technical and data manipulation skills
Experience with Case Mix, HIG, DAD, NACRS, and related methodologies
Use financial planning, variance analysis, funding knowledge, and case costing insight to inform hospital operations and strategy.
