Lead warranty service in Edmonton with Jayman BUILT, using home maintenance expertise and strong customer communication. This is a full time opportunity.
As an Area Warranty Superintendent, you will coordinate customer appointments, trade days, service requests, and hands-on repairs. The work supports Jayman’s customer experience processes across customer homes, Sales Centres, and Showhomes. You will manage shifting priorities while maintaining clear communication with customers, trades, and team members.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule appointments with Jayman customers
Coordinate trade days and attend customer homes
Sign off two-month and eleven-month service requests
Perform hands-on repairs in customer homes




Maintain Jayman Sales Centres and Showhomes
Requirements: Red Seal certification in a building trade required
Strong home maintenance abilities and attention to detail
Five years construction or warranty experience considered an asset
Valid driver’s license and clean abstract required
Availability for rotating twenty-four-hour on-call schedule
