This Health Care Aide position supports clients with daily living activities under general supervision. You will provide direct care, promote independence, and respond to changing needs. The role requires communication, critical thinking, workload organization, and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living

Support comfort, privacy, respect, and independence

Requirements: Minimum Grade 10 education under Manitoba standards
Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
Effective English communication, orally and in writing
Basic MS Word and Outlook computer skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and physically demanding duties
