As a Senior Mortgage Underwriter, you will review residential applications and supporting credit, income, asset, and appraisal documentation. You will use delegated authority, manage a high-volume pipeline, support broker partners, and follow regulatory and internal policies. The work helps transform the mortgage customer journey through transparent, digital lending.

Mentor team members and identify process efficiencies
Requirements: Minimum five years’ residential mortgage underwriting experience
Solid detail-oriented credit judgment and clarifying questions
Organization and self-direction in high-volume environments
