Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete accurate business processes and documentation
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Obtain Investment Funds Canada certification within six months
Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Demonstrate banking knowledge and solid customer communication
