This four-month Bilingual French Customer Engagement Associate assignment handles inbound customer and prospective-customer inquiries. The work uses chat, phone, and email while applying customer support experience, business acumen, and SAP systems knowledge. Candidates must reside in British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound chats, phone calls, and emails
Manage and organize leads from SAP inbound channels
Input leads into SAP CRM and marketing tools
Profile leads and route them to appropriate teams
Identify escalations and route them to managers
Requirements: Bilingual French writing and speaking ability
BBA, BComm, or BA graduate at minimum
Excellent customer support and communication skills
Strong business acumen and proficient MS Office skills
Customer service or previous phone experience is an asset
Use French communication, customer support, and SAP tools to manage inbound engagement for SAP Canada customers.
