As an Agency Associate, you provide specialized agency services between borrowers and lenders in syndicated credit facilities. You administer established facilities across Canadian Commercial Banking, Canadian Large Corporate, US Large Corporate, or European Large Corporate markets. The position involves monitoring portfolios, escalating risk elements, and supporting process improvement within Credit Processing.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, and bank units
Administer syndicated facilities and monitor contractual requirements
Guide stakeholders on funding issues and operational standards




Manage fund flows, revenues, transfers, and agency fees
Improve procedures, service, controls, and administration processes
Requirements: Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Three to five years of relevant working experience
Knowledge of lending products and syndication practices
Ability to investigate complex problems and interpret information
Robust communication, critical thinking, and relationship skills
