As E-Commerce Strategist, you will translate the Senior Manager, E-commerce’s strategy into a high-performing storefront. You will own product launches, collections, campaigns, and site merchandising across Bushbalm’s Shopify Plus setting. The work combines hands-on configuration, customer journey analysis, testing, and cross-functional delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Execute product launches, collections, and seasonal merchandising
Manage taxonomy, navigation, category merchandising, and product metadata
Build campaign, bundle, and promotional landing pages
Coordinate releases, defects, UAT, and quality assurance




Plan and analyze A/B tests and optimization initiatives
Requirements: Three to five-plus years in e-commerce or site operations
Hands-on Shopify Plus experience with metafields and product data
Understanding of feeds, integrations, templates, and dependencies
Experience triaging defects and coordinating technology releases
Comfort using Shopify Analytics, GA4, and spreadsheets
