Support E-Comm clients through Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, first-level remote service, and customer-focused technology assistance. This full time role includes required shift work.
As an experienced Service Desk Technician 1, you will support internal and external clients through Technology Services. The work covers Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, mobile devices, networks, wireless technology, and telephony. You will assess incidents, apply approved fixes, and escalate unresolved matters.
Key Responsibilities: Answer calls and emails while logging incidents and requests
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware, and network issues
Provide first-level remote support to internal and external clients
Manage user access, passwords, onboarding, and offboarding tasks




Monitor escalated tickets, alarms, alerts, and knowledge articles
Requirements: Certificate in computer information systems or equivalent training and experience
Practical Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 support knowledge
Familiarity with Intune, Configuration Manager, Entra ID, and Citrix
Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Canadian citizenship or permanent residency with five-year Canadian residency
Bring Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, customer service, and technical documentation skills to E-Comm’s critical service desk.
