This experienced Human Resources Business Partner works with senior leadership, department leaders, managers, and employees across Saskatchewan. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on guidance in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development. It also contributes to engagement, equity, diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret collective agreements, employment standards, policies, and legislation
Support performance, discipline, harassment, discrimination, and workplace matters
Provide confidential, practical advice to leaders and employees




Research labour law, employment practices, and pay equity requirements
Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
Requirements: Minimum eight years of progressive Human Resources experience
Experience in senior HR roles spanning multiple disciplines
Demonstrated labour and employment legislation application experience
Robust employee relations and labour relations knowledge
Clear written, verbal, presentation, and training delivery skills
Use careful analysis, confidentiality, and employee relations expertise to strengthen workplace practices at Access Communications across Saskatchewan.
