Responsibilities include developing solutions across medical, dental, life, disability, and wellness programs, negotiating with insurers and vendors, and supporting business growth. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, significant experience in Health & Benefits consulting, strong financial and analytical skills, and proven client management abilities. Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of consulting experience, experience advising mid-sized to large employers in Canada, business development skills, and a life or health license (or ability to obtain one). The salary range is $130,500 to $180,500, with additional performance-based incentives and comprehensive perks.
